My journey as a digital product designer involves more than just creating visually appealing products; it's about crafting experiences that profoundly impact people's lives. Since early childhood, technology and design have captivated me. As a child, I loved puzzles and LEGO building sets, often disassembling gadgets to understand their workings, drawing, and modeling projects where form met function. My youthful hobbies laid the foundation for a passion for combining creativity with technological innovations, which I still hold today.This passion led me to pursue an engineering education where I learned to create precise and detailed projects, paying close attention to every detail. This phase of my life established a foundation for systematic and analytical thinking and attention to detail, later becoming key in my design career. Although engineering and design seem at opposite ends of the creative spectrum, I have always seen them as parts of a larger puzzle.

Gaining additional education in UX design, I entered a new phase of my career: active professional growth and accumulating practical experience. It turned out that the engineering mindset and skills I developed in my previous profession were incredibly useful. I realized that design is not just about visual styling but also about solving complex problems, analyzing user needs, and creating products that genuinely improve people's lives. As I progressed in my career, I worked as a User Experience Designer on B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) e-commerce projects. This experience quickly deepened my understanding of the business world. I learned to communicate effectively with clients, focus on business goals, and solve problems for users who use digital products for sales. This career phase involved flexibility and quick adaptation to the constantly changing market demands.

Working closely with clients proved to be incredibly enlightening. It allowed me to hone skills in empathetic communication, problem-solving, and analyzing user feedback. These are not just technical skills but an understanding of people, their needs, and how they interact with technologies. Such understanding is crucial for developing products that truly resonate with users and meet their real-world needs. I realized that the essence of design lies not only in creating a visual image but also in solving complex problems and in analyzing and thoroughly considering what users want and need. This leads to developing products that help them quickly and effectively meet their needs.
